At Kootenay Born Campground, we believe that camping should be a relaxing and enjoyable experience. for everyone. We offer a range of amenities for our guests, including clean restrooms, hot showers, and a camp kitchen. We also have a variety of activities for the whole family, such as a games area a quaint fire pit to gather around and share your days adventures.

Hiking, Biking, Swimming
We are steps from the clear refreshing water of Arrow lake and all its wonders. We offer kayaks and provide floating docks down at the water for summer fun!
Just down the road is the Saddle mountain hiking trail that leads you to a old fire watch tower at the top, stay for the day or sleep overnight and enjoy the starry nights.
If biking is your thing then enjoy endless trails and places to explore.
Pet Friendly
Do you have a furry friend that loves to travel too? If they are good around people and other pets we are the place for you, fully fenced in our campsite is a great space for fur family. Please keep pets on leash on a leash and respectful of fellow campers., and of course clean up after them,

"What an amazing camping spot! Beautiful, spacious, relaxing, tons of games and shelter for cooking, fully fenced for your kiddies and doggies. Michelle and John are exceptional hosts, very welcoming and helpful. They showed us the spectacular beach on the lake and trail there. Also we had use of their kayaks and PFDs. Facilities are perfect. And I loved the extra touches like natural pieces of wood for toilet roll holder in the outhouse :) and painting set, lots of games available. We just wished we could stay longer! Thank you Michelle and John!"
